The Washington DC area offers visitors the opportunity to visit many other places of interest including parks, farms, gardens and historic and entertainment venues. In the northwestern portion of the city, particularly along Connecticut Avenue is a collection a Foreign Government Embassies. In Georgetown, the Chesapeake and Potomac National Park is found along with other attractions.
